Material, finish and printing

The product's specified cold resistance is down to −80 °C. Printing is done using thermal transfer and requires a ribbon for the correct printer model. For labeling food, place the label on the outside of the container or packaging.

Printers and ribbons

The labels are compatible with NIIMBOT M2_H and NIIMBOT M3. Ribbons are required and purchased separately. Choose the ribbon for the model you use.

Are freezer labels only for laboratories?

No. Labeling other freezer storage can also be an application. Choose the label based on packaging material, temperature, and how it is to be applied.

Can I apply the label to an already frozen surface?

Cold resistance during storage is not the same as application temperature. You must attach the label to a surface at room temperature.

Are they suitable for liquid nitrogen?

This product has a specified limit of −80 °C. For liquid nitrogen, you need a label with a specially confirmed specification for that environment. Contact us so we can see products that suit your needs.
